Through the agreement entered into, after sale field service and call center services of Canon started to be provided by Teknoser. Service operations of Canon branded office equipment are carried out by Teknoser, the most widespread service provider of Turkey with its 65 service officers and more than 600 field technicians. Installation, maintenance and repair services are controlled from one point. The service provided covers entire Turkey, primarily Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir and Adana regions. In addition to the call center and classic helpdesk services provided by Teknoser for solution of technical problems of Canon customers, the agreement contains the presale consultancy services covering the services of provision of any kinds of technical product knowledge. In addition to Canon OPP (Office Personal Products) group products, primarily printers, faxes and scanners, service is provided for DR series fast document scanners. As a result of the structure created by Canon and Teknoser, Canon customers can send their products to Teknoser free of charge by calling the contracted cargo firm by phone to their locations, and deliver the products with the problems solved to the customer’s address again through cargo. Through this door-todoor service, Canon customers are ensured to receive service over the standards, which will be first in Turkey.
