Teknoser Started to Manage All Operation Processes From
Their New Headquarters
Teknoser, which is active under Hitay Yatırım Holding, in order to supply the
requirement created by its rapidly growing business volume and expanding service
framework, started to manage all operation processes from its new building of 8.000
square meters. Teknoser aims to keep its service quality at the highest point for its
customers at its new operation center.
Teknoser, being one of the leader field services and system integration companies in Turkey, started its
activities in its new building Teknoser Operation Center (TOM) located in Istanbul Seyrantepe. Teknoser
aims to manage all operation processes in a more modern and comfortable building and to keep its
service quality at the highest point for its customers.
President of Hitay Yatırım Holding Emin Hitay made an axplanation about the subject and said that;
"Teknoser completed last year with a growth of 130% over its targets. We aim sustainable growth in
information technologies, system integration and field services in 2014. Regarding our belief to
information technologies market, we will continue our investments." In order to meet the needs of
growing business volume, he pointed out that it the requirement and importance to manage all operation
processed from a single center and TOM will contribute to all the activities of the company regarding
efficiency.
General Manager of Teknoser responsible for Technical Service and Field Services Cuneyt Gursu
underlined that TOM has a building area of 8000 square meters of which has a 4000 square meters
warehouse and added that "200 employees of total 400 in Turkey are working in TOM. Some part of our
administrative staff are performing their work in our Holding building located in 4. Levent. Our other
administrative and field services locations continue to perform in various cities. As our new building that
its renewal and infrastructure preparations were finalized in 3 months is at a location which can be
accesses comfortably and close to Hitay Yatırım Holding shall help the synergy between our team
members to continue.
General Manager of Teknoser responsible for Technical Service and Field Services Cuneyt Gursu informed
regarding the works to be performed in TOM and added that; "We will serve in our building in several
subjects from information technology solutions to POS operations and field services, from technical
service to global producer services. Besides it will function as a control center where our 65 offices in
Turkey will be coordinated."
