The First Mission
don’t suffer from illness
or trouble. O man, your
first mission is to keep
your Lord’s Orders. If
you don’t keep them you
will be punished and the
pain you will suffer will
continue in the grave. O
man, know what it is to

The divine stick is of
many kinds. Either you
die or have an accident,
or you lose your job, or
your children, as a consequence, have an accident, or you and your
children or family members get imprisoned and
you become worthless
like the dust balls shaken
out of a rug, or you get
an incurable disease and
become so sick of the
doctors that you scream,
“I wish I were dead”! O
man, fear your Creator.
If you don’t you will be
humiliated among people and wretched. Come,
O man, before you are
overcome by a humiliating condition that you
never wanted. Return to
your Lord and discover
your honor.
