MODIFIED POLYETHYLENE COMPOUND
SENMAR is mixed in LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE with the following rates:
* 10% -20% inTransparent LDPE film * 25% -50% in Color LDPE film
* 25% -50% in Transparent HDPE film * 25% -50% in Color HDPE film

Benefits:

It is used for transparent film applications,
•
Regulates film thickness,
•
Improves film’s mechanical properties dart drop, tear and
elongation.
•
Lowers Oxygen and water vapor permeability,
•
Provides extrusion in lower temperatures,
•
Provides same strength with thinner film, film thickness
can be reduced by 25%,
•
Increases stability of buble ,
•
Increases extruder capacity by 20%,
•
Provides faster production of bag making machines,
•
Allows easy film opening,
•
Provides excellent adhesion to ink and improve printing quality,
•
Increases rigidity,
•
Allows sealing at lower tempratures and increases seal
strength.
Process Conditionals :
•170-190°C extruder head temperature is advised.
Temprature profile 20-30°C degrees below than other PE’s extrudered will be suitable. However, you may need a different profile
for each extruder.
Appereance: 2-4 mm granule.
Packing : 25kg bags .
Storage: Under 50°C in a closed environmental with no humidity.
Safety: It is not in dangerous goods class.
Recycling: It is suitable for recycling.
Contact with food: Recommended.
